Randy, President and Chairman of the Board of Advantage Bank, along with his wife Donna, are the third generation of family ownership of Advantage Bank since its founding date in 1914.  He began his banking career in 1974 at Advantage Bank (previously known as Spencer State Bank).  He graduated from Del City High School in 1972 and then continued his studies at the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating with a BBA in finance in 1977.

Danita began her banking career in 1983. She holds an Associates Degree in Business, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, a Master’s Degree in Management, and is a graduate of Leadership Oklahoma City class XVII. In 1997, Danita began traveling throughout the state as a bank consultant specializing in Management Training, Strategic Planning and Human Resources Compliance until joining Advantage Bank in 2004. She currently resides with her husband in Oklahoma City.

Bob began his banking career in 1961 and has worked in all areas of the banking industry. His true expertise is in commercial lending and is also the area in which he has concentrated most of his time. Bob came out of retirement in 2001 to work for a local bank consulting company prior to joining the Advantage Bank team in 2004.  Bob currently serves as Senior Vice President. He and his wife reside close to Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City.

Wade began his banking career in 1986. He joined Advantage Bank in 1999 and currently serves as President of the Midwest City Location.  He is a resident of Midwest City.

Diane has been in banking for over 25 years.  Diane began working at Advantage Bank in 1983 and is a lifetime resident of Eastern Oklahoma County.

JoEtta joined the Advantage Bank team in August of 1989. She enjoyed working in the teller line for many years, getting to know a lot of our customers by name. She was promoted to Loan Operations Officer in August of 2004, and became a loan officer in 2007. She is a long time resident of Eastern Oklahoma County and enjoys working with the community.

Michael joined Advantage Bank in 2003 and has served the bank in many capacities. As Network Administrator, Michael keeps all three bank locations functioning at the highest levels. In 2007 Michael became an officer of the bank and was named Assistant Vice President. He currently lives in Midwest City.

Sharon joined Advantage Bank in January of 2004 and was promoted to the Senior New Accounts Representative where she quickly became an expert in all of our deposit products. Her quality customer service skills continue to make her a favorite among our clients. In 2009 Sharon became an Officer of the Bank and was promoted to Assistant Cashier. She is a long-time resident of Midwest City.
