Randy, President and Chairman of the Board of Advantage Bank, along with his wife Donna, are the third generation of family ownership of Advantage Bank since its founding date in 1914.  He began his banking career in 1974 at Advantage Bank (previously known as Spencer State Bank).  He graduated from Del City High School in 1972 and then continued his studies at the University of Central Oklahoma, graduating with a BBA in finance in 1977.

Donna has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1973.  Donna’s grandfather, E. S. Poole, was an organizer of the Bank in 1914, and the Bank has remained family-owned throughout its entire history.  Donna attended Grade School, Jr. High School and High School in Spencer, graduating from Star Spencer High School in 1971.  She later graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with an art education degree.  Donna has been a member of the OKC Sweet Adelines for over 23 years.  She and her husband Randy have been married for over 30 years and they have two sons, Ryan and Tyler.

Stan retired from Advantage Bank after 33 years of faithful service in which he worked both in operations and lending, and was the first Branch Manager at our Harrah location. Stan was appointed to the Board of Directors in 1991 and continues to play an active role as Vice Chairman. He participates in many of the Harrah community functions and brings many years of knowledge and expertise to the Board.

Wan has been a member of the Board of Directors of Advantage Bank since January 1995.  He began his banking career in 1957 in a Midwest City bank and has over 40 years of banking experience.  Wan presently serves as Minister of Education at First Baptist Church of Nicoma Park and has been active in community service in Eastern Oklahoma County for 45 years.  Wan and his wife Faith are both graduates of Midwest City High School and presently reside in Midwest City.

Randolph has served on the Board of Directors for Advantage Bank since January 1999.  Mr. Coy is President and Owner of Ranken Energy Corporation located in Edmond, Oklahoma.  Founded by Mr. Coy in 1986, the company engages in the acquisition, exploration and development of crude oil and natural gas in the United States.  Prior to the formation of Ranken Energy Corporation, Mr. Coy was the Mid-Continent Exploration Manager for BHP Petroleum, Inc., an Australian company.  Mr. Coy began his career with Exxon Co., U.S.A. in 1977 as an exploration geologist and geophysicist.  He attended Ohio State University and graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelors degree in Geology.  Mr. Coy has been married to Deborah for 27 years and they have two children, a son Bryan and a daughter Amanda.
